Qualifications
- Experience leading large-scale workforce transformation initiatives.
- Experience implementing enterprise-wide change management across global organizations.
- Experience applying AI, generative AI, automation, or digital technologies.
- Experience partnering with senior executives to define workforce strategies.
- Experience establishing measurable workforce outcomes and metrics.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, enterprise software, or digital transformation environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global skills transformation strategy aligned with AI, automation, and evolving delivery models.
- Partner with PS, Transformation, and Product leaders to identify future workforce capabilities.
- Develop and implement role-based learning, upskilling, and reskilling programs globally.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and modern delivery practices to improve outcomes.
- Establish and track workforce readiness metrics, skills maturity indicators, and KPIs.
- Lead change management for new delivery methods, technologies, and ways of working.
- Collaborate with global leaders across regions to align workforce planning with strategy.
