Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Installation)
• Strong oral and written communication skills; leadership capabilities; problem-solving and program management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installation and construction operations with subcontractors.
• Develop specialized knowledge and contribute to strategy and policy in the area.
• Apply best practices and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure delivery within scope.
• Make moderately complex decisions using data analysis and technical experience.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and potentially lead small projects.
