Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Leader for Systems Installation to coordinate all I&C activities across large-scale enterprise projects, from tendering through handover. The role requires driving a system-centric framework, mitigating cross‑business installation risks, and engaging with executives, EPC partners, and customers to ensure robust installation and commissioning outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
15+ years of experience in complex power generation or grid infrastructure projects.
Proven experience managing installation risks across multi-technology, multi-business, or large-scale integrated energy projects.

Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-functional tendering and execution teams for Installation & Commissioning (I&C) execution strategy.
Embed structured I&C practices across engineering, project management, and fulfillment functions.
Identify, assess, and mitigate installation & system commissioning risks throughout project development and delivery.
Lead cross‑business and stakeholder engagement to ensure risk mitigation plans are embedded into execution strategies.
Provide system installation progress dashboards and risk analyses for executives and leadership.
