Job summary

Teton Outfitters seeks a SIOP & Sourcing Manager to lead demand planning, inventory and supplier strategies across international markets. You will steer a diverse team, align product availability with growth goals, and drive supplier performance while coordinating closely with Product, Finance, Logistics, and Sales.

The role requires overseeing global sourcing, production strategy, and quality programs to ensure top-tier product availability and cost competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of supply chain experience in apparel or consumer products.
• 5+ years of experience building, leading, and developing teams.
• Experience leading the SIOP process to balance demand forecasts, inventory investments, and supply capabilities.
• Experience managing global sourcing, overseas production, supplier relationships, and contract manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC principles in supplier/manufacturing environments.
• Experience analyzing supply chain data using ERP/BI tools; NetSuite and SAP beneficial.
• Ability to travel occasionally, including international.
• Ability to work full-time in Rigby, Idaho (hybrid Tue, Wed & Thu in-office); relocation assistance available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the SIOP process aligning demand, inventory, sourcing, and priorities.
• Create and execute global sourcing and production strategies to improve supplier performance and availability.
• Lead on-site, remote, and international teams across planning, sourcing, production, and quality.
• Analyze supply, demand, inventory, spend, pricing, and data using NetSuite, BI tools, and dashboards.
• Establish supplier performance metrics, hold vendors accountable, address risks.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, terms, and contracts while maintaining quality and continuity.
• Oversee quality management processes, documentation, training, and vendor compliance programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve planning, product development, and operations.
• Lead Lean continuous improvement and SAP ERP transition preparation.
