Job summary

Pendleton Woolen Mills, Inc. seeks a Sourcing Director to shape our global sourcing strategy and lead its execution for Apparel, Home, and Accessories.

You will manage supplier portfolios, drive costing discipline, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet quality, cost, capacity, and speed-to-market targets. The role requires 10+ years in sourcing/production with 5+ years in leadership, strong supplier networks across regions, and a proven track record in cost reductions and responsible

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sourcing/production leadership for heritage or premium brands.
• 5+ years leading teams and vendor partnerships.
• Proven cost reduction, on-time delivery, and vendor consolidation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Textiles, or related field.
• Woven, knits, wool knowledge; home textiles and leather a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies aligned to growth and margins.
• Lead capacity planning, vendor allocation, and production readiness.
• Manage supplier evaluation, onboarding, and performance reviews.
