The Black Tux in the United States is seeking a Sr. Director of Supply Chain and Production to lead end-to-end supply chain, from sourcing to delivery, across multiple channels.

You will manage inventory, freight, supplier relationships, and KPI-driven performance to ensure on-time, cost-effective product availability. Ideal candidates bring 8–12+ years of international supply chain leadership in apparel, with ERP expertise, offshore manufacturing experience, and travel willingness.

Formación

• 8–12+ years in international supply chain management, sourcing, logistics, or procurement with leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of apparel manufacturing and men’s suiting; able to align supply with demand.
• Proficient in ERP/Supply Chain systems and KPIs; experience with offshore manufacturing.
• Experience managing vendor relationships across multiple countries; supplier audits and negotiations.
• Knowledge of import/export, Incoterms, tariffs, and trade regulations.
• Strong budgeting skills and cost modeling; travel willingness; Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end supply chain operations from sourcing to delivery.
• Manage inbound/outbound freight and logistics for products, packaging, and supplies.
• Oversee intercompany freight between distribution centers and retail locations.
• Develop and grow supplier lists aligned with strategic plans; run RFQ/RFP processes.
• Collaborate with Merchandising on new product development and launches.
• Own KPI metrics tracking supply chain and production performance.
• Align inventory with demand forecasts to optimize stock and service levels.
• Ensure compliance standards across labor, safety, and sourcing practices.
• Build systems and processes to support supply chain operations.
