• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Role Description

• The Sourcing and Production Director will oversee end-to-end apparel production, from vendor selection and capacity planning to on-time delivery and quality compliance.
• Sourcing new factories in different countries for manufacturing opportunities to place orders for various mid-tier and mass merchant retailers.
• Negotiate and finalize pricing and assign orders to factories/countries factoring in quality, reliability, production space, delivery and price.
• Cross function with Design, Product Development, and sales to develop product, ensure correct execution of products and attain profitable margin
• Manage the entire supply chain process to source, negotiate with overseas vendors, and book from order placements to shipment.
