Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Senior Partner Manager to own the Global SI partner lifecycle and govern the Governance and Risk practice strategy. You will drive GTM execution, co-sell motions, and pipeline development with field sales and Deloitte teams.

The role emphasizes enablement, governance, and scalable partner engagement to grow pipeline and revenue. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and TPAs to align routes to market, manage performance reviews, and push for proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in partner management or ecosystem roles
• Experience leading partner-led and co-sell motions
• Strong communication and cross-functional influence
• Experience with governance, risk, security and OT domains

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end partner lifecycle management for Global SI partners and governance practice
• Drive partner pipeline development and deal progression with field sales
• Coach Deloitte teams and align GTM strategies with routes to market
• Coordinate with marketing to create joint demand generation and enablement programs
