Job summary

Mackay Marine is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerk for our Miramar, FL location. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, picking/packing, and generating shipping docs for domestic and international shipments. You will handle RMAs, freight costs, and ensure accurate inventory records.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 3+ years in shipping/receiving, plus 2+ years delivery experience. Proficiency with MS Office and shipping software (UPS, FEDEX, DHL) is required.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School coupled with skills, training, and experience.
• 3+ years of shipping and receiving experience.
• 2+ years of delivery experience.
• Knowledge and proper use of commercial invoices for overseas shipments.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, Word, Excel, and online shipping software such as UPS, FEDEX, and DHL.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments safely.
• Professionally pick, pack, and prepare items for shipping.
• Use online shipping programs – UPS, DHL, Federal Express.
• Audit outgoing shipments and keep accurate records.
• Maintain inventory levels and track freight costs.
