Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, and store shipments using standard steps.
• Check freight for damage, missing items, and correct piece counts.
• Review invoices, packing slips, and bills of lading for accuracy.
• Enter shipment and inventory data correctly and on time.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and internal teams.
• Track shipments and share clear status updates when needed.
• Report errors, damage, and process issues promptly for quick fixes.
• Maintain organized warehouse to reduce delays, waste, and mistakes.
• Assist cycle counts and inventory checks to keep records accurate.
• Look for ways to improve flow, quality, and turnaround time.
