Job summary

Danfoss in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator (Shipping) for 1st shift to ensure timely shipment of customer orders, manage domestic and international logistics, and prepare shipping documents. The role requires ITAR/EAR awareness and U.S.

work eligibility, with potential growth in a global supply chain team. Primary duties include coordinating transportation, handling SAP P01 transactions, and maintaining compliance and records.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in Logistics or Transportation.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• U.S. persons under ITAR/EAR required (citizen, green card, asylee or refugee).
• Associates Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international shipments using Descartes TMS and GTM, determining transportation modes and carriers.
• Process and distribute shipping/export documentation like delivery notes, invoices, waybills, and ASN guidance.
• Execute shipping/inventory transactions in SAP P01, release delivery notes, PGI, and invoicing.
• Coordinate transportation and warehouse ops by scheduling carrier pickups and return-to-vendor shipments.
• Monitor open orders and coordinate with Customer Service, Credit, and Shipping to ensure on-time shipment.
• Maintain shipping compliance and records (proof-of-delivery, freight claims, certification documents).
