Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a 2nd-shift Shipping Coordinator to ensure timely delivery and accurate shipments. You will handle documentation, SAP data entry, and collaboration with logistics partners in a fast-paced environment.

You will package, pick, and track items for domestic and export shipments, while supporting freight claims and shipment tracers. Please bring ERP/SAP experience and comfort with MS Office to this role.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a shipping or logistics role.
One-year technical/college certificate or one year of related work experience.
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Experience with an ERP system (SAP preferred).
Ability to process and interpret export documentation; strong communication with teams and partners.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team, and handle material-handling duties.
Comfortable working second shift hours.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review shipping documentation and enter data into SAP.
Ensure parts are correctly packaged and staged for domestic and export shipments.
Pick and assemble items for shipment using pick lists and material-handling equipment.
Log and track shipments to support freight bill processing and payment.
File freight claims and assist with shipment tracers and general shipping tasks.
Receive cross-training from the Material Control team to support operations.
