Job summary

AHB, a New Jersey-based logistics provider, seeks a results-driven Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics operations for domestic and international shipments. Responsibilities include inventory management, WMS optimization, carrier coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to meet delivery deadlines and cost targets, with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP or Oracle are preferred to analyze performance and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• 2+ years in logistics coordination and warehouse management.
• Proficiency with WMS and logistics software (SAP, Oracle, 1Ship, Fishbowl) and Excel.
• Knowledge of global logistics, shipping, customs, and carrier management.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, CPSM are a plus.
• English and Mandarin Chinese language skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics: transport planning, carrier coordination, and freight cost optimization.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure safety/quality standards.
• Implement and refine WMS to improve accuracy and workflows.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service to meet demand.
• Analyze metrics (on-time delivery, turnover, fulfillment) to drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and customs for global shipments.
