Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; 2-year related education preferred
• 2–5 years shipping/receiving experience in manufacturing environment
• Solid computer skills: MS Office, ERP, Paycom
• Certified, capable, and comfortable on stand-up and sit-down forklifts

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound shipment documents for domestic and international shipments (packing lists, invoices, COOs/COAs/SDS)
• Create BOLs and schedule freight shipments
• Receive raw materials and verify records
• Assist in daily shop floor scheduling and inventory accuracy
• Support cycle count program and inventory adjustments
• Coordinate hazardous materials for shipments and DG declarations
• Use computer to enter records and maintain records of shipments
