Job summary

Zeeco is seeking a Shipping/Logistics coordinator in the United States. The role will coordinate documentation, shipping, and crating for equipment orders, with emphasis on international shipments and regulatory compliance.

The position requires 3–5 years of shipping experience, knowledge of INCO terms, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook for scheduling and communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with administrative experience in manufacturing.
• 3–5 years shipping experience domestically and internationally.
• Knowledge of international standards, INCO terms and required shipping docs.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor when dealing with customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to email and schedule meetings in Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Project Engineer/Customer to determine requirements and responsibilities for documentation preparation and delivery of equipment order.
• Maintain shipping log.
• Ship drawings/documents for Engineering.
• Maintain photo file for orders.
• Keep up to date on international standards, customs regulations, crating requirements and all shipping documentation.
• Maintain shipping and crating schedule for capacity planning and on-time delivery.
• Maintain wood audit for crating.
• Coordinate return shipments for maintenance and warranty.
• Assist with purchasing and global logistics.
