Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 2-4 years progressive experience in shipping or related field.
• Strong computational skills with ability to read technical reports/data/drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and ship finished goods according to customer specs and procedures.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with approved carriers.
• Generate shipping docs: packing slips, bills of lading, commercial invoices, export paperwork, shipping labels.
• Verify counts, part numbers, revisions, serial numbers, and customer requirements prior to shipment.
• Ensure compliance with packing, labeling, ESD, and handling requirements for electronic assemblies and components.
• Maintain shipment records in ERP/MRP systems and shipping databases.
• Schedule freight pickups and communicate status to internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with Production and Planning to prioritize shipments and meet delivery commitments.
• Handle hazardous waste responsibly.
• Perform other assignments as required.
