Ducommun Incorporated is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for its Appleton, WI facility. You will design and execute a competitive supply chain strategy, manage site inventory, and partner with internal customers to drive operational excellence in procurement of materials and services.

You will lead a high-performance team, manage the procurement budget, and work with site leadership to improve overall supply chain performance. Travel to other sites may be required.

Formación

• Experience with quality systems and Lean/continuous improvement.
• ERP and MRP systems expertise required.
• Proven leadership of a high-performance supply chain team.
• Experience in aerospace/defense supply chains preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and execution of a competitive supply chain infrastructure.
• Manage site supply inventory and collaborate with internal customers.
• Drive cross-site process optimization and standardization across Ducommun sites.
• Lead a high-performance supply chain team including hiring, training, and development.
• Manage annual procurement budget and achieve savings against goals.
• Improve supplier performance and establish metrics for value creation.
• Identify IT solutions to improve supply chain management and cost savings.
