Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or related field.
• Experience with domestic and international shipping and export documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license and forklift certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments (parcel, LTL, truckload, air, ocean).
• Prepare shipping and export documents (bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, origin certificates).
• Prepare AES filings for applicable shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers, brokers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Schedule pickups, monitor shipments, resolve delivery issues and freight claims.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials; process inventory transactions in ERP.
• Support cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and record accuracy.
• Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and movement of materials.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Maintain organized shipping, receiving, and warehouse areas.
• Maintain export and shipping records per company and regulatory requirements.
• Follow safety, quality, environmental, and compliance policies.
