You will collaborate with carriers, internal teams, and customers, leverage ERP systems, and maintain compliance with import/export rules while supporting continuous improvement in supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a logistics role involving shipping/export experience.
• Experience in trade compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments using the ERP system.
• Process shipments through the local and global Export systems.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with customs regulations for international shipments.
• Arrange, schedule, book, and coordinate logistics activities, including quoting/negotiating rates with carriers to meet delivery deadlines.
• Monitor the status of shipments and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure EEI filings and coordination with freight forwarders and customs for export documentation.
• Generate reports on logistics metrics such as delivery times and shipping costs.
• Store, count, and move inventory within warehouse areas.
