Qualifications

• Must have intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in Shipping.
• Full comprehension of domestic and international shipping regulations.
• Experience with import/export controls and customs regulations.
• ERP/MRP experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all customer orders ship on time and complete.
• Prepare boxes and supplies to set up shipping for the day.
• Check orders against packing slips and serial numbers.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and scan paperwork.
• Process shipments via LTL, parcel, air, and courier.
• Ensure proper paperwork for international shipments (invoices, NAFTA).
• Coordinate with Customer Focus Teams and Manufacturing on order processing.
• Keep work area clean, neat and organized.
• Adhere to all shipping compliance requirements.
• Cross-train to back-fill other positions as needed.
