Beacon Promotions Inc in Eagan, MN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory control, receiving, quality control, and material movement between on-site and off-site warehouses. You will ensure accurate labeling, organized storage, and timely delivery to shipping areas.

The role requires strong math and organizational skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong math and inventory skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of handling high-volume, high-quality output.
• Positive, proactive attitude and problem solving mindset.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• May require math and inventory testing.

Responsibilities

• Supply production departments with material from on-site and off-site warehouses.
• Maintain off-site warehouse organization and accessibility.
• Conduct Quality Control inspections as directed.
• Receive non-inventoried items and deliver to departments.
• Coordinate returns with customer service when product arrives.
• Support weekly cycle counts as assigned.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products.
• Unload shipping containers as needed.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of inventory.
• Deliver product to shipping locations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Back up shipping and samples departments as needed.
• Complete H2 safety and compliance training.
