Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• MBA preferred; sales/marketing experience valued.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in shipbuilding.
• Demonstrated proficiency in business planning and strategy.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of welding products and applications.

Responsibilities

• Create the business plan and playbook to penetrate the shipbuilding segment.
• Coordinate, train & educate regional teams to drive growth.
• Highlight product development and company capabilities for long-term growth.
• Collaborate with Global Product Management, Applications, and regional leaders.
• Identify key customers and support revenue growth with solutions.
