Job summary

The role requires 10+ years in shipbuilding, strong business planning, and the ability to travel internationally. Location may be Cleveland or other active industry locations. MBA and engineering background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create business plan and playbook to penetrate shipbuilding segment
• Coordinate and educate regional teams to drive growth
• Highlight development needs for products and applications
• Collaborate with global product management and sales leadership to advance initiatives
• Identify key customers for revenue and long-term relationships
• Elevate Lincoln Electric's presence through industry activities
• Provide regular segment data and reporting
• Position reports to VP, Global Industry Segments
• Role may be Cleveland or other active locations
• Support RISE strategic initiatives
