Job summary

Lincoln Electric seeks a REGIONAL SALES MANAGER for the North CENTRAL region in the United States. The role focuses on planning, organizing, and executing sales activities to drive profitable growth, demonstrations, and integration of products into customer specifications.

The position requires 60-80% travel, collaboration with dealers, OEMs, and end customers, and a strong background in field sales within related industries. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven field sales experience in work truck, compressed air, or hydraulics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain productive contact with current and potential customers across assigned accounts.
• Identify and recommend new customers and channels, new markets and opportunities.
• Regularly report sales forecasts, call reports, travel schedules, and maintain CRM records.
• Develop and maintain account plans for assigned customers.
• Monitor competitive pricing and product offerings.
• Attend trade shows and industry association meetings as required.
• Provide training to fleet operators, technicians, installers, and distributors.
• Represent the company in a professional manner.
