• Maritime background and experience in Ship Agency Operations.
• Strong command of English (oral and written).
• Ability to understand and use business processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend and board vessels as required by Manager and Customer Requirements.
• Coordinate the assigned port calls effectively.
• Advise on selection of contractors and submit competitive quotations when needed.
• Ensure compliance with Ship Agency processes, standards and procedures.
