Job summary

Percona is seeking a Senior Vice President of Global Services to own global delivery, strategic planning, and P&L management for our portfolio of Support, Managed Services, and Professional Services. This role shapes product strategy with Product and Engineering, ensuring our services scale with market needs and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading global delivery organizations in software or technology.
• Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable strategic plans with measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing P&L, financial analysis, and resource allocation with rigor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Services division (Support, Managed Services, and Professional Services) with coaching and mentorship.
• Own end-to-end quality, timeliness, and satisfaction of service delivery to customers.
• Set strategic direction for Global Services aligned with company objectives and market dynamics.
• Champion an AI-first approach to service delivery using automation and new technology.
• Refine KPIs for service delivery, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
• Capture and share knowledge across Global Services to prevent silos.
• Maintain Percona's reputation as open source database experts.
• Stay close to customers to evolve service delivery with their needs.
• Drive collaboration with Go-to-Market, Product Management, and Engineering.
