Job summary

HMH is seeking a Global Services Intern in Houston/Odessa, TX for a 12-week program (May 24 – August 13, 2027). You will support service initiatives, assist with programs to enhance customer experience, and help configure account structures and automation tools across service applications.

The role requires current enrollment in a Bachelor or Graduate program (business or mechanical engineering preferred) with a 3.0+ GPA, strong communication, and solid analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled and working toward completion of Bachelor or Graduate degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Business or Mechanical Engineering majors preferred.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Good interpersonal skills to drive collaboration across multiple functions to achieve desired results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.
