Job summary

EY is seeking a Risk Technology consultant to architect and deploy ServiceNow IRM solutions, helping clients design end-to-end risk management programs. You will work across cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore members, to automate and mature risk and compliance processes using leading GRC platforms.

You will contribute to business development, deliver client demonstrations, and build innovative solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of experience implementing ServiceNow IRM, TPRM, or BCM solutions/use cases.
• Master's degree in a related field and 1 year of work experience implementing ServiceNow IRM, TPRM, or BCM solutions/use cases.
• CSA certification from ServiceNow and training/certification for GRC Fundamentals (or related certifications).
• Experience leading a team to implement ServiceNow IRM functionality, including integrations with other systems.
• Exposure to Governance Risk and Compliance principles and processes and their data models, controls, and assessments.
• Experience with risk technology programs enabled by risk technologies and analytics.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and data analytics tools.
• Willingness to travel to meet client obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow IRM architecture, design, build, and deployment across end-to-end projects.
• Support business development activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to mature risk and compliance programs.
• Deliver client demonstrations and provide insights on risk technology capabilities.
• Contribute to innovative solutions and thought leadership within EY Risk Technology.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations using PowerPoint.
