Job summary

Lions Clubs International is seeking a Program Specialist to join the Service Activities team. You will develop, oversee, evaluate and improve service programs within eight global causes and collaborate across the organization to promote initiatives worldwide.

You’ll monitor service impact and share best practices with Lions and Leos globally. You’ll work with IT and Marketing to produce reporting, resources, and communications, building partnerships and engaging volunteers while driving program

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with not-for-profit or membership organizations.
  • Project management experience with ability to coordinate inputs from multiple sources.
  • Experience with program management, volunteer engagement, and communications is a plus.
  • Experience with humanitarian or social service or public health programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life cycle of service programs and initiatives from development to evaluation.
  • Maintain knowledge of Lions International global causes to guide engagement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Lions and Leos worldwide to highlight projects via case studies and promos.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to create resources supporting service actions.
  • Develop communication plans and webinars to raise awareness of programs and resources.
  • Liaise with IT to ensure reporting products meet program needs and analyze data.
  • Prepare reports on program engagement and impact for leadership and partners.
  • Support partnership development and budgetary requests related to services.
