Job summary

The Gideons International is seeking a Program Integration Specialist to serve as the primary Project Manager for high-priority International Program initiatives and leadership-directed projects. You will drive execution across cross-functional teams, coordinate stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure initiatives align with approved objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of project/program management experience.
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
Successful completion of a drug and background screen.

Responsibilities

Serve as Project Manager for high-priority International Program initiatives and leadership-directed projects.
Coordinate development of project plans, timelines, deliverables, and success measures.
Manage stakeholder relationships, dependencies, and risk; drive timely delivery of objectives.
Facilitate meetings, monitor progress, and coordinate post-launch evaluation.
Prepare leadership dashboards and portfolio updates; support governance processes.
