Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Sr. Associate, Change Readiness & Enablement in Fort Worth, TX. You will create and maintain training content for the Adi learning framework, build eLearning modules and enablement assets, and support live training for field and ACE audiences.

You will ensure release notes are translated into updated materials on a six‑week cadence, manage Confluence content, and route communications through required approvals to reps and customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent English reading, writing and communication.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of related experience (or higher).

Responsibilities

• Build eLearning modules, WalkMe/TeachMe flows, job aids and quick-reference guides per release standards.
• Translate product changes into updated training and enablement assets to be field-ready on six-week release cycles.
• Support live training sessions and facilitate delivery for field and internal ACE audiences.
• Maintain Confluence content library and knowledge base, ensuring a single source of truth.
• Route operational communications through VEEVA/MAP approvals before reaching reps or customers.
