Job summary

Onto Innovation is seeking a Senior Manager of Finance to partner with Global Service leadership, driving planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for the post-sales business. You will influence pricing, margin optimization, headcount planning, and regional investments.

You will build and automate dashboards in Power BI, collaborate with supply chain and operations, and own the close process while delivering executive-level insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; MBA/CPA/CMA desirable.
• 5+ years in FP&A or operations finance; prior service finance experience preferred.
• Experience in a matrixed technology or semiconductor organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Annual Operating Plan, monthly forecasts, and long-range plans for Global Service.
• Oversee month-end/quarter-end close with accurate reconciliations and accruals.
• Develop service revenue forecasting models and analyze gross margin drivers.
• Provide data packs for MBRS and QBRs with executive-ready visuals.
