Job summary

Fortinet is expanding its FP&A function and seeks a Senior Manager to partner with Sales and Finance leadership. You will manage sales headcount, commission models, and top-line forecasting, driving data-driven reporting across a hybrid hardware and services model.

You will champion advanced analytics, build scalable dashboards, and integrate ARR and service metrics with the hardware business, delivering insights for monthly and quarterly close and strategic resource allocation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or sales finance in tech sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
• Deep understanding of bookings, billings, and revenue in a hardware+services model.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/EPM systems, plus data analytics skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influencing ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly reporting for global sales, including actuals vs forecast and contribution margin.
• Model commission structures and headcount planning with HR and Sales Leadership.
• Develop advanced analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled FP&A workflows.
• Collaborate across Sales, HR, Accounting to ensure data integrity at month-end close.
