Hologic, Inc. invites a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis for Global Service, partnering with the Global Service Leadership Team and finance leaders across the company.

You will provide an integrated view of performance across divisions and regions, translating results and drivers into actionable insights for senior leaders, while raising analytical standards and driving automation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/CPA/CMA a plus.
• 8+ years of financial experience including mentoring analysts.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and management reporting.
• Experience with ERP/planning platforms such as Oracle/Hyperion.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FP&A for Global Service with a forward-looking view of performance.
• Consolidate the Global Service P&L across divisions and regions with standardized methods.
• Lead monthly business reviews and executive reporting with clear commentary and insights.
• Oversee strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting ensuring aligned assumptions.
• Own headcount planning and analysis of leading indicators affecting outlook.
• Partner with Corporate FP&A, divisional finance, HR and Master Data to ensure consistent reporting.
• Raise analytical standards, mentor analysts and drive automation and effectiveness.
