The role combines advanced financial modeling with business partnership, overseeing budgeting, forecasting and true-ups while driving automation and scalable tools across the finance team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required; Master’s degree or relevant certification a plus.
• 8+ years related financial experience.
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion or similar ERP and planning platforms.
• Experience with cost accounting, standard cost, inventory or manufacturing finance strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary financial partner to Global Service Operations, Service Supply Chain and Field Service leadership; translate operational and financial data into insights.
• Own worldwide cost-to-serve and Service COGS analytics, including cost by asset age, system type, region and customer; manage forecast and budget processes.
• Lead service parts and working-capital analytics, including inventory value, days in inventory and turnover.
• Connect field-service productivity to financial performance through utilization, capacity and productivity analytics for leadership.
• Partner across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Service Engineering and Accounting on key financial processes and business decisions.
• Own the monthly business reviews and executive presentations, providing variance analysis and forward-looking implications.
• Develop business cases and track benefits realization for cost-efficiency and productivity.
• Drive automation, advanced modeling and continuous improvement across financial reporting and analysis.
• Mentor and support development of other analysts and lead cross-functional projects.
