Haemonetics is seeking a Senior Manager for the COO Finance organization. You will lead financial reporting, planning and analytics, partnering with global manufacturing and supply chain teams to deliver timely, accurate insights. You will drive finance transformation initiatives and work with IT and auditors to improve processes.

The role begins as an individual contributor with potential to build a small team, supporting budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning across the organization.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in Finance/Accounting, Economics or Math required.
• Master's degree preferred; CPA is a plus.
• 8 years of multinational financial analysis and planning experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel; familiarity with ERP and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial reporting consolidation, analytics and communication for the COO Finance org.
• Deliver quarterly financial reviews to the Executive Leadership Team.
• Develop and manage the finance transformation priority list with IT and external resources.
• Lead monthly manufacturing and supply chain financial performance reviews.
• Coordinate acquisition integration or divestiture support as needed.
• Own month-end processes and related accounting/audit requirements.
• Partner with COO Finance, Corporate Accounting and auditors on recurring audits.
• Design and own standardized investment modeling for COO Finance.
