Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Marketing & Commercial to partner with Global Service. You will drive NA revenue forecast, ASP and pricing analyses, and support monthly reviews with finance, marketing and sales stakeholders.

The role requires strong modeling, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for growth and profitability across Breast and Skeletal Health Solutions and Diagnostic Solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of financial experience.
• Experience with revenue forecasting and pricing analytics preferred.
• Experience with Oracle or Hyperion ERP/planning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Service Marketing and Commercial Operations to provide financial analysis and recommendations.
• Own NA Service revenue forecast across divisions, including forecast methodology and assumptions.
• Lead revenue and pricing analytics including ASP and price-volume-mix analysis.
• Own the commercial and revenue workstream for the Global Service strategic plan with multi-year outlook.
• Provide financial leadership for Service revenue streams and P&L components.
