Job summary

SOLPLANET, backed by AISWEI, seeks a Service Engineer to provide technical support to installers and customers. The role includes remote or on-site commissioning, international collaboration, and logistics coordination for inverter replacements.

You will document all cases in CRM, deliver customer training, and actively propose product and process improvements to enhance satisfaction and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• State-certified electrician with PV/renewable energy focus.
• Fluent in Dutch and business-fluent in English; French is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of PV, energy storage systems and EV chargers.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• PV-related industry experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical troubleshooting support to installers via phone or digital channels.
• Provide commissioning support (remote or on-site).
• Collaborate with international and local teams to resolve issues.
• Plan logistics to dispatch inverters for replacement and assist in collection.
• Support qualification, onboarding and management of new service partners.
• Document all relevant case information using CRM software.
• Deliver training sessions to customers or internal colleagues.
• Identify opportunities to improve products and processes to boost customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
• Regularly collect feedback to improve after-sales processes.
