Job summary

Capgemini in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to own day-to-day project execution and coordinate across diverse teams. You will track milestones, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure timely delivery for large-scale, multi-market deployments.

The role requires PM delivery experience, preferably in retail, with a proven track record of enterprise applications and global delivery teams. Hybrid work model in Irving, with Capgemini’s global support network.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager.
Hands-on experience leading global, multi-market deployments.
PM experience with delivery, preferably in Retail domain.
Proven track record managing large enterprise applications.
Experience managing global onshore-offshore delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day project execution and ensure delivery aligns with scope, milestones and program schedule.
Serve as the primary coordination point between Customer, Market, Capgemini delivery teams and BAs.
Track plans, milestones and critical paths; identify risks and drive corrective actions.
Identify, manage and resolve cross-team dependencies; remove impediments to progress.
Monitor execution across workstreams; escalate and resolve issues to maintain momentum.
Provide timely status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks and dependencies.
Own issue triage and escalation with stakeholders to drive resolution.
Partner with BAs to clarify requirements and ensure downstream delivery readiness.
Adhere to Capgemini delivery processes and governance while balancing speed and control.
Represent Capgemini professionally in onsite interactions with customers.
