Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical consulting or services industry.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience with Rx data, PLD, and claims datasets (IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo).
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and consult with the client on new opportunities for expansion.
• Oversee a global team responsible for data analysis, aggregation, reporting and support.
• Ensure delivery SLAs, budgets, and contribution margin targets.
• Serve as primary client contact for performance, issues, and new projects.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive client communications plan.
