Job summary

Capgemini in New York City seeks an experienced Technology Delivery Manager to lead complex digital application programs for a major Financial Services client. The role prioritizes delivery leadership, executive stakeholder management, and collaboration with architects, engineers, and product teams in a hybrid NYC environment.

You will oversee programs with 50+ resources across onshore and offshore, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and KPIs, and drive Agile practices (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban).

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology delivery or large-scale programs.
• Experience leading 50+ resources across onshore/offshore.
• Proven ability to deliver customer-facing web or self-service portals.
• Strong executive communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital programs.
• Manage onshore and offshore teams of 50+ resources.
• Own scope, schedules, budgets, KPIs, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive Agile delivery using Scrum/SAFe/Kanban.
• Collaborate with executives to align with roadmap priorities.
• Oversee modernization, cloud, DevOps, CI/CD initiatives.
