• Extensive leadership experience in global or multi-regional teams.
• Proven IT governance and service delivery background.
• Strong budget, headcount planning, and program management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English; executive presentation experience.
• Experience with CMDB, asset management, and data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global SD strategy across Americas, EMEA, APAC.
• Lead planning cycles: headcount, budget, OKRs and initiatives.
• Own end-to-end SLO/SLA framework and governance across regions.
• Direct three regional SD leads and build high-performing teams.
• Engage with cross-functional GTI/GS leadership and report performance.
