Job summary

Siemens Software is seeking a Director of Global Service Delivery to lead end-to-end engineering support across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will drive strategy, governance, and a Follow-the-Sun operating model while shaping people and process improvements.

You will build and mentor a global team, manage budgets and headcount planning, and collaborate with GTI and engineering segments to elevate service quality and developer productivity.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in infrastructure management or technology operations.
• Proven track record leading large, multi-regional teams.
• Strong ITIL and IT governance knowledge (COBIT or equivalent).
• Experience managing budgets, headcount planning, and global resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global service delivery strategy.
• Lead three regional SD Leads and build a high-performing distributed team.
• Own the end-to-end SLO/SLA framework and governance.
• Oversee global programmes (e.g., migrations, device refresh, CMDB cleanup).
• Report regularly to Senior Director, GES and GTI leadership.
