Job summary

Siemens Software seeks a Director of Global Service Delivery to own end-to-end delivery of engineering support services across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will lead three regional SD leads, drive strategy, budgets, and transformation initiatives to improve service quality and developer productivity.

You will influence governance, tooling standards, and cross-functional collaboration with GTI/GES leadership, ensuring consistent performance across regions and reliable customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in infrastructure management, service delivery or technology operations with senior leadership.
• Proven track record leading globally distributed teams across multiple countries/regions.
• Strong IT governance and ITIL/CobIT knowledge.
• Experience managing budgets, headcount planning and resource allocation at a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global SD strategy aligned with GTI priorities.
• Lead planning cycles: headcount, budget, initiatives, OKRs.
• Own end-to-end SLO/SLA framework and ensure targets are met.
• Direct three Regional SD Leads and develop regional leaders.
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and report to GTI leadership.
