Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Service Delivery Lead to own delivery capacity planning, operational standards, and quality governance across global engagements. You will optimize resource utilization, remove roadblocks, and ensure every customer engagement meets defined completion standards.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in professional services delivery or delivery operations.
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
Experience managing complex customer delivery portfolios in global/multi-regional environments.

Responsibilities

Own delivery capacity planning and resource allocation across a global pool.
Lead delivery quality governance and ensure completion criteria across regions.
Analyze delivery performance and provide forecasting and improvement plans.
Produce weekly operational reports and participate in monthly reviews with leadership.
