Job summary

Dynatect Manufacturing is looking for a Customer Service leader to shape and drive the customer service strategy in partnership with the Commercial Leadership Team. You will establish structure, talent, and metrics to fuel growth and a world-class customer experience.

You will lead the CS team to achieve operational excellence, improve customer satisfaction, and support revenue growth. Build a strong talent pipeline through strategic recruiting and development while coordinating with global CS

Qualifications

5+ years of Customer Service managerial experience.
Experience in process mapping and process improvement with measurable results.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Set CS strategy and develop organizational structure, team, and metrics.
Lead and manage day-to-day Customer Service staff; hire, train, develop, motivate.
Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures; communicate with stakeholders.
Implement process improvements to shorten quote-to-order cycle and improve customer satisfaction.
Coordinate and optimize use of information systems and tools (FileMaker, Syteline, etc.).
