Job summary

Johnson Electric is seeking a Server Manager to maintain and secure enterprise server infrastructure across the Americas from Plymouth, Michigan. You will ensure 24x7 operations for a manufacturing environment and lead disaster recovery readiness.

Responsibilities include managing Windows Server, SQL clustering, Hyper‑V, and backup strategies, while coordinating with Global IT teams and vendors to uphold standards and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server (2017/2019/2022) and familiarity with Server 2025 preferred.
• Experience with Active Directory and Exchange in multi‑site environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Hyper‑V, Veeam, SCCM, and Zabbix.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enterprise server infrastructure across the Americas.
• Configure and optimize server performance for manufacturing applications.
• Design and support SQL clustering and high‑availability environments.
