Acceleration Partners seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment globally from a remote work setup. You will partner with hiring managers, run proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.

The role requires 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting, experience with Greenhouse ATS, and comfort hiring across US/Europe/Asia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting in-house
• Experience recruiting for senior/executive roles
• Proven sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates
• Experience working across multiple geographies (US/Europe/Asia) preferred
• Hands-on experience building interview scorecards or interviewer training

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring managers through consultative intake to define roles and requirements
• Source proactively and reach passive candidates with personalized outreach
• Conduct high-volume interviews across US, Europe, and Asia while maintaining quality
• Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse ATS and produce weekly pipeline reports
• Lead continuous improvement projects in interviewing, AI tool evaluation, and employer branding
