GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a senior sourcing leader to own end-to-end software and SaaS category management across corporate and operating functions.

You will drive RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, lead complex negotiations, and collaborate with Legal, Security, and Finance to optimize licenses and total cost of ownership. The role requires strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills to deliver cost savings and service levels, with a base pay range and performance bonus tied to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 7+ years sourcing experience.
• 7+ years experience in Sourcing, Procurement, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, or equivalent consulting roles.
• Experience leading complex, end-to-end sourcing projects with multi-supplier evaluations.
• Proven track record of driving TCO reduction, software negotiations, and leading organizational changes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead sourcing and category strategies for software and SaaS portfolios.
• Plan and run end-to-end sourcing events (RFI, RFQ, RFP) with evaluations.
• Lead software and SaaS negotiations with Legal on master agreements, terms, SLAs, DPAs.
• Structure and negotiate software subscriptions, true-ups, consumption commitments, renewals, pricing.
• Identify opportunities to reduce TCO and support budgeting with value creation estimates.
• Monitor licensing, consumption optimization, and vendor relationships.
