Rolls-Royce Power Systems seeks a Sr. Sales Manager to guide strategic customer relationships in data center, mission critical and power generation markets. You will lead key accounts, drive global initiatives and collaborate across teams to fuel long-term growth.

You will build executive-level customer partnerships, drive large opportunities, and align internal teams to deliver outcomes while representing the brand in the market. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with 7 years’ customer-focused experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with 5 years’ customer-focused experience.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with 3 years’ customer-focused experience.
• In lieu of degree, 9+ years of customer-focused experience.
• U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
